An over-constrained error means that the hardware device does not meet the requirements for the experience.

Please try restarting your computer and trying to access your SOCIAL experience again. If you get this message a second time then we recommend trying a different computer with compatible hardware.

For future reference, the getUserMedia failed with error: OverconstrainedError error is the site failing to get a video feed from the camera - in this case it would seem the camera did not support the 640x360 resolution we use for video avatars. It's unclear why refreshing the page would fix this, unless they accidentally selected the wrong camera the first time?
