This error means that the browser cannot find a connected camera. You do need a connected webcam and microphone to access a SOCIAL experience.

If you do not have a camera attached, please try connecting a webcam or using a computer with a webcam.

If you do have a camera connected then there is an issue with the computer recognizing it is connected. As a first step we recommend restarting your computer. If you continue to get this error message after a restart then check your computer's hardware settings.
