If you get a black screen when you try to access your POPUP experience, it may be because your browser settings or plugins are affecting your network activity and preventing you from connecting.
The easiest way to get around this is to simply open an incognito tab on your browser. We recommend Chrome.
To open an incognito window:
Go to the three dots menu in the top right of your browse:

Select ‘New Incognito window’

Paste the link for the POPUP experience you want to enter into your browser address bar:

Follow the prompts to log in.
