Do you have this same problem on multiple browsers? Try using a different browser and see if this fixes the problem.

If the issue is just on Chrome, do you have this problem on all your Chrome accounts? If the issue is just one account then you can try resetting that account's settings to fix the problem, or simply use an alternate account.
