POPUP uses specific technologies to allow for video chat communication in your desktop or laptop browser.

What we recommend:

Browsers that are compatible with POPUP:

• Chrome: 56 onwards
• Firefox: 44 onwards
• Microsoft Edge (chromium version on Windows 10 only)

You may have issues with:

• Mobile browsers - they are not currently compatible depending on the device. Some devices may work but if you have a small screen it won’t be a great experience so we suggest using a laptop to desktop.
• Safari is not fully compatible with POPUP, but may run ok on some devices. If you are using Safari and noticing issues please switch to Chrome!
• Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge on Windows 11 (Non-chromium) are not compatible.
