SOCIAL experiences are compatible with Firefox 44 onwards (released 2016).

On Firefox, you can reset permissions using a dialog on the left side of the address bar. Click on the icons as shown below. If you don't see the icons, refresh your browser and log in to the site again.

In the drop-down menu that appears, click the cross beside the permissions settings for the camera and microphone shown.

For the reset permissions to take effect you need to reload the page:

When you reload, you should get a dialogue box asking you to allow permission for the page to use your microphone and camera.

At this point, you can also select a different microphone and camera (if available) using the drop-down menus for each. If you don't want to see this dialogue again, you can also click the box at the bottom of the dialogue box to remember your decision.

Finally, click allow.

You should now be able to enter your SOCIAL experience. If you still have trouble, try refreshing your browser again.
